For a product returned within 30 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. No returns will be accepted if returned after 30 days.

  • We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered product for return or exchange with the exclusion of our Special Exception items.

  • Sale items purchased can not be returned or exchanged.

  • All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided for all returns.

  • Items purchased online must be returned via our online website. A completed Returns Form must be included for a return to be processed.

  • Shipping will not be refunded from the original purchase.

  • The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes (and your protection), that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods, add a signature on delivery and retain your proof of postage receipt.

  • If an item was received as a gift and the recipient would like to return the item for a refund, the refund will be made to the original order payment method. An email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.

  • Special Exception item(s) include food stuffs, pierced jewellery, sale items and gift vouchers.

  • Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer for it to be assessed. In accordance with Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time. Please get in touch with us here and we can assist you as swiftly as possible.

  • Please note that we are unable to offer online exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, simply complete an Online Return as detailed above and place a new online order.

  • Most refunds are completed within in 1 – 2 business days of receipt of goods, but can take up to 7 business days depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

  • Please note the above Return Policy applies to our online store due the nature of purchasing online. Our In-store Returns Policy varies and can be found at the bottom of your tax invoice.
